Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Any appointment cancelled or missed without at least 24 hours' notice will result in a fee equal to 20% of the reserved service amount.
